This is our favourite day out, combining Hoi An’s best experiences with our cooking class. We will cycle to the market to select our ingredients and then enjoy basketboats and buffalo riding before returning to our family home for our cooking class.
Hotel Pickup by Bicycle: We’ll meet you at the front of your hotel and bring you to our restaurant for a refreshing drink before preparing for the bamboo basket boat
Bamboo Basket Boat Adventure: Bamboo Basket boats are uniquely Vietnamese. Relax before learning to paddle the bamboo basket boat.
Lily’s Cooking Class: Arriving back at our family restaurant, we will give you a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to prepare four traditional Vietnamese dishes:
- Fresh Spring Rolls
- Deep-Fried Spring Rolls
- Rice Pancake (Bánh Xèo)
- Rice Noodle Soup with Beef (Phở Bò)
- Conclude the meal with a delicious dessert.
** Please note: For pickups and drop-offs outside of Hoi An (e.g., An Bang Beach, Nam Hoi An, Da Nang), a surcharge applies.
