About the Cooking Class

We hold the cooking class in an open kitchen outside our home on the banks of the river. We prepare the food together on a large table, guided by Lily, who shows us how to do each step in the preparation. There is a lot of laughing and fun - sometimes things are not as easy as they look! Once we have cooked our food, we will enjoy dinner together. I guarantee it will be delicious - it always is.

Yes, we design our classes for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced cooks. We welcome participants aged 8 and above. Families with younger children should contact us to discuss suitable arrangements.

Booking & Policies

You can book a class through the booking page or contact us via email or phone. It is best to book in advance as we often get busy. Because we must buy food, please let us know 24 hours before the class if you need to cancel. We can not refund you if you cancel within 24 hours.

We will meet at your hotel to take you to the cooking class. There may be a charge if you are outside the Hoi An area. After we finish the cooking class we will drop you back to your hotel.

Preparing for Your Class

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, as some outdoor activities involve cooking. If you have long hair, please tie it back. We will provide all the cooking equipment and ingredients. Bringing a reusable water bottle and a cloth bag for souvenirs is advisable.

We will try to accommodate your dietary preferences and food allergies. Please let us know if you have any special needs when booking, and we’ll do our best to adjust the menu accordingly.

After the Class
